Do you believe the results? I don’t!
Nearly all mainstream commercial media, not just American opinion but also from around the world, considered Donald Trump and the Republicans as vile aggressors on American democracy. It is difficult to believe that common-sense thinking would ever support such an outrageously offensive leadership style as they presented. And yet America voted them into the White House.
It is not a conspiracy or sour grape thinking that labels this as potentially corrupt. It was the well-orchestrated, influential, and manipulative arm of extreme wealth elitism — a financial coup of the American government.
To convince the poorest of the country, the least educated, and the emotionally naïve, to support the myopic greed of America’s wealth mongers, could only be fulfilled through devious means.
It’s impossible to blame those who seem so lacking in common sense that they can’t see the lies and deceit for their desperations. But you can blame the unmitigated greed and avarice of corporations and individuals who put such effort into taking an excessive share of the opportunities offered through democratic freedoms . . . at the total expense of humanity. They should not only be penalized. They should not be allowed.
